Why
There is software for everything. For your stock, your invoices, your customers, your planning. And then there is the mailbox, where the work for all those systems arrives and where someone has to fish it out by hand.
We fill that gap. Not with another inbox for your people to work in, but with a layer underneath that does the work and only asks when it has to.
How we work
We start with one mail flow that hurts today. We make it work and make it measurable, and only then do we look further. No months of preparation before anything runs.
You talk to the people who build it. That saves translation, and it means we are straight with you about what is and is not possible. If something cannot be done, we say so, even when it costs us the order.
What we run on
Under the hood, Email Management runs on Supertaak, the automation platform we built ourselves. That is not a detail for the engineers: it means we can adjust integrations and behaviour ourselves, instead of waiting on a vendor.
