Most vendors hand you a list of integrations and hope yours is on it. If it is not, you are done. Or you wait a year for the roadmap.
We work the other way around. You give us the technical description of your software, and the integration follows from that.
How we connect
With an OpenAPI description. That is the standard almost every modern product ships, often published openly on their site. We read that description and then know which operations exist, which data belongs to them and how authentication works. That saves the most work, and so the most cost.
Or straight onto the API. If no description is available, we connect by hand to the endpoints you need. A little more work on our side, the same result for you.
In practice we rarely meet software we cannot reach.
What that means in practice
A customer with their own order system does not have to wait until we support that system. If it has an API, it is a matter of loading the description and saying which data goes where.
The same holds for software you may be the only user of, or something built in house years ago that nobody maintains any more.
Proven in practice
We run this with Brincr and Visma, among others. Dutch software, real customer situations, not a demo setup.
Your mailbox
For the mailbox itself we use the standards that already exist: IMAP and SMTP for virtually any business mailbox, and Gmail through a secure connection where you never hand over a password.
You do not have to move to a new mail platform. The mailbox you have stays the mailbox you have.
Your software not listed?
That is exactly the point: there is no list. Tell us what you use and we will tell you within a day whether it works.
